Bookings
Provisional booking; To make a provisional booking, please call +44 (0)8452733911 or email booking@alphacmtl.com .

Provisional bookings will expire after 10 working days unless it has been confirmed.
Bookings will only be confirmed if a valid purchase order is received by ACMTL from a company that has a credit arrangement with us or the full price is received 30 days prior to the commencement of the course.
Once a booking has been received by us, cancellation terms apply.

Methods of Payment
Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Alpha Consulting Management Training Ltd or by credit/debit card using paypal after which an invoice will be issued

VAT
All course fees shown are exclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate of 15.0%.

Course Transfers
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to another date, please ensure at least 21 working days notice is given prior to the start of the original course and that the request is confirmed in writing, by letter or e-mail

Delegate Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any stage at no cost, however please advice us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel your place on the course the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 21 or more days prior to the course – No charge will be made
Between 14 and 19 days prior to the course – 50% of the course fee will be payable
Less than 14 days prior to the course – 100% course fee will be payable
Non attendance on the day will result in the full fee being payable
Weekends are included in the above

Course and schedule changes
Alpha Consulting Management Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In such exceptional circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and the offer of a transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.

Warranty and Liability
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course

Please be aware that terms and conditions for overseas booking vary from UK terms and conditions. EU terms and conditions non EU terms and conditions.

Data Protection
Alpha Consulting Management Training Limited does not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. Your details will be added to our database in order to process your booking, and so that you can be kept up to date with relevant details of our services.
